Speaking of the Khan war that erupts every time a film releases is nothing new to any of us earthling! But what has erupted now with the battle of wits and hits in theaters is nothing less than a volcano waiting to erupt any moment.
The news pouring in from every nook and corner that ‘My Name Is Khan’ has surpassed it’s arch rival ‘3 Idiots’ in the first 3 days of it’s release is news enough for the two Khans to lock horns. According to a news tabloid in Mumbai it has been reported that the film ‘MNIK’ has grossed around RS 92crores in it’s first three days of release in the Indian territory, compared to that of ‘3 Idiots’ which did a business of around RS 90 crores.
This sparked off the temper of Aamir and according to news he has gone on to say that the super hit of ‘MNIK’ was due to the SRK camp that was making it into a forced hit. Earlier it had been reported that Aamir was the most successful star of bollywood in 2010, but after SRK’S film released it was Shahrukh who was in the top most chair as far as the best star of bollywood is concerned.
There has been a sudden emergence of the Aamir and Shahrukh enmity as it had been seemingly over for sometime when SRK had attended the premiere of ‘3 Idiots’ and both the stars had hugged each other. But, the buried hatchet was soon out with the films of both the Khans doing exceedingly well at the box office and still going strong.
Just before SRK had attended the premiere he had said that Aamir’s strategy of promoting his film was not very good according to SRK’S thought process. Whereas Aamir was also making statements like, if SRK was the Baadshah then he that is Aamir was the Ace and that too Ace of Spades. Well with various views of the audiences it is still very early to predict who will emerge the real ruler of bollywood this year but, right now we would like to tell the two Khans ‘All Izz Well’, so make Peace not War!
