Samsung Ultrasonic smartphone case helps the blind persons

After conducting “in-depth interviews” with disabled and visually-impaired people, Samsung has today released three new accessories for its Galaxy Core Advance smartphone. These accessories have been especially made for the people with disabilities and visual impairments. The company has made a cover for helping users to avoid obstacles, a text-reading stand, and a voice label.

Samsung calls it as Ultrasonic Cover. According to Samsung this case will guide its users around unfamiliar areas by automatically sensing the presence of obstacles or people up to two meters away. It uses vibrations and audio to provide a warning to its users. On the other hand the Optical Scan Stand has the ability to detect, scan and read text on paper and the Voice Label connects to Galaxy Core Advance Smartphone and lets users record notes and descriptions.

The company is planning to extend the compatibility of these accessories to other Galaxy models too.
