aah lai yaar dekh la photo lol 2 paun lagga.
aah waali haiga aa march 2013 di goal was loose body fat aah phot ch body fat siga 13% weight 179 lbs
aah haigi aa most recent waali november ch khichi si body fat 10% body weight 173 lbs. hun goal chalda ke bulk hona till 195lbs then cut it down to 180 lbs or less. next month toh cutting shuru. lol so june july tak hor body ban jaani lol

Body fat percentages are impressive too

Bulking up n cutting down time consuming stuff. I cut down around 7kgs too after bulking up.

Im on the thin side....

Jaiz jahi body ban sakdi aa not a big deal will take you few months to start getting results.
Dont concentrate on how heavy you lift,its all about correct form

If you are skinny then increase your diet intake..you can use anabolic calculators. It will tell u how many carbs fat and protein you need ina day.
And then how many days you can goto gym..ohde hisaab nal workout plans bana sakde.
Some people prefer isolation workout ( din ch ek muscle lagana)
And some have couple a day. (Those muscles that compliment each other or dnt interfere one another)

Start doing it. My mate here in brisbane got decent asthetic build in 4 months
