Ingredients:
100 g - pista
250 g - malai
250 g - sugar
10 - almonds
100 ml - milk
2 to 3 drops - vanilla essence
2 drops - ice cream essence
2 tsp - rose water
3 to 4 drops - green colour

Method
- Keep one tablespoon pista for decoration and put the remaining pista in milk and keep it for 5 - 6 hours.
- Now make a fine paste of pista and add rose water, essences and colour and mix it properly.
- Now mix sugar in malai and beat it till fine, add pista mixture in malai
- Freeze. When it is half done remove from the freezer and beat the mixture in mixer or with the egg beater.
- Now, put the mixture in ice cream box and decorate with pista and almonds
- Keep in freezer again for final setting.
- This ice cream will take 2 - 3 hours
