Paneer Salad
Ingredients:
* 2 grated Carrots
Tomato
* 1 tsp Oil
* 1 tsp Salt
* 100 gm Paneer
* Coriander leaves
* 1 cup Shelled peas
* 1 tsp Mustard seeds
* 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
Method:
1. Heat the oil.
2. Add mustard seeds. Add the grated carrot and shelled peas an Tomatoes and cover for 2 minutes.
3. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
4. Mash the paneer and add to the above.
5. Add black pepper, salt and chopped coriander.
6. Mix it properly and serve
Tip: For sweeter, crisper cucumbers and salad onions, soak onion slices and cucumber slices in ice water for 30 minutes. Drain well and pat dry.
