He impersonated as her driver
There’s a strong legion of fans smitten with South bombshell Namitha, but one of them really went to a great length just to be close to her.
Namitha recently flew to Trichy to attend a film function. At the airport, she was greeted by a driver who, as previously informed to her, had come to take her to the hotel in Karur where Namitha was to check in. Namitha, accompanied by her manager, sat in the car. The driver chauffeured the duo to the hotel where a score of drivers were unnervingly waiting for Namitha.
It turned out that the man who drove Namitha from airport to the hotel was not the driver assigned to do the job, but a fan who impersonated as her driver because he wanted to be with Namitha.
How did he manage to fool the other driver?
The fan was so smitten with Namitha that he actually found out the driver who was supposed to drive her to the hotel. Then he had a long chat with this driver and convinced him that he was asked by Namitha to drive her because of security reasons.
Though the fan did not misbehave with Namitha, he almost kidnapped her by pretending as her chauffer. Namitha, on her part, did not give the incident much weight.
