Recipe Mushrooms in sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 5ml olive oil
  • 10g garlic, chopped
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1g nutmeg powder
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 5g parsley, chopped
  • 5g butter
  • 25g brown country bread slices, cut to 1cm-thick pieces
PREPARATION
1. Heat a deep frying pan, then add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add garlic, mushrooms and nutmeg. Sauté until garlic begins to turn golden brown. Season with salt and pepper
2. Add parsley and butter and sauté until done.
3. Arrange the mushroom mixture on top of the bread and serve.
