1. Blend mango pieces, sugar and lassi (butter milk) for 60 seconds.
* use curd if you don't have lassi.
tip#1 peel the mango thick, you don't want to leave skin on pulp.
tip#2 add half cup lassi first, mango/sugar will blend better, pour rest later and blend again.
2. Add crushed ice and ice-cream, blend for 30-40 seconds.
* crushed ice - if you like it thin, ice cream is optional but taste good
