Mallika Sherawat surely had a lot many celebrity names to add to her friend-list after the Cannes Film Festival in May. One of the names was that of the Mexican actress Salma Hayek, who even posed with the Indian bombshell for the shutterbugs at Cannes.
Now, the buzz doing the rounds is that Mallika’s PR skills have paid off. Madame M is learnt to have got an offer from Hayek to work in a film based on a women centric theme.
The movie will reportedly highlight the abuse of women in different parts of the world and Mallika will play an important role in it.
However, things are still at a very preliminary stage and even Mallika’s spokesperson says that a formal statement will be made only when something is finalized.
