Pakistani security forces on Saturday arrested a woman from the country's border with Afghanistan who, they claimed, is an "Indian spy".
The Geo TV quoting sources said the "Indian spy" was arrested since she possessed no travel documents.
"She is under interrogation which could yield important facts," the sources said.
The development comes at a time when ties between the countries have taken a beating in the wake of Mumbai terror attacks, which killed nearly 200 people.
Not withstanding India's strong demand for crackdown on the perpetrators of the attacks, Islamabad has asked New Delhi to share information saying that without evidence it cannot move ahead with the probe.
