help ipod restroing error 3194

i hv just stuck with the recovery mode in my ipod4..... and while restoring the itune is showing error 3194..... tried host file edit.. but nhing working..... plzz help

iTunes nal shaid he hove....thunderbird nal run kr fer error ni aunda....
but best one redsn0w jeda ^^ bai ne dassia...
mera v ipod stuck ho gia c recovery mode ch....
