Haryali Paneer



Ingredients:



  • 500 gms Paneer
  • Coriander leaves
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • � cup Hung Curd
  • � tsp Chilli Paste
  • 1� tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • � tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder

Method:


  • Cut the paneer in cubes.
  • Make paste of all other ingredients.
  • Coat paneer in that paste and keep for half an hour to marinate.
  • Put little oil on a tawa and shallow fry. You can even add little lemon juice and sugar in that paste.


Tip: Peel and cut potatoes and boil them in water in which a little vinegar is added . It will retain their texture & will be done in no time.It will also avoid bad odor and to give a good color to old potatoes.
