Grilled Bananas
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps Lemon juice
- � tsp ground Ginger
- � tsp ground Cloves
- 75 gms melted Butter
- 6 medium ripe Bananas
- � tsp ground Cinnamon
Method:
- Place the whole unpeeled bananas on grill and cook.
- Cook for four to five minutes or until the skins turn black. Turn the bananas over and cook for a further four to five minutes.
- Combine the butter, lemon juice, ginger and cloves.
- When the bananas are ready carefully peel off the skin.
- Spoon the spiced butter over each banana and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Tip: Chocolate burns very easily and must be watched carefully when melting.
