INGREDIENTS
- 100g ready-made date paste
- 500ml cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 100g sugar
1. Mix the date paste with cream in a pan and boil for a few minutes. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until well combined. Combine the two mixtures, mixing gently to make sure no bubbles are formed.
2. Bake the brûlée mix for 20 minutes at 100°C in the oven in a water bath.
3. Sprinkle some white sugar on top and caramelise with
a chef’s blow torch before serving.
