Crispy moth vada
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 250 gm sprouted moth (tepary beans)
- 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp maida
- 2 tbsp groundnut powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp amchur
- 2 green chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh chopped ginger
- 2 tsp coriander (chopped)
- salt and red chilli powder to taste
- oil for frying
- Mix every thing properly.
- shape vadas of your choice.
- fry them.
- serve hot with green chutney.
