Crispy moth vada

Ingredients

  • 250 gm sprouted moth (tepary beans)
  • 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp maida
  • 2 tbsp groundnut powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp amchur
  • 2 green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp coriander (chopped)
  • salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • oil for frying
Directions

  1. Mix every thing properly.
  2. shape vadas of your choice.
  3. fry them.
  4. serve hot with green chutney.
notes: Moth are known as tepary beans and are popular bean in southwestern america apart from India. They are healthy and very good for diabetics because of low glycemic index.
