AUTOLIFTERS' GANG BUSTED
Amritsar July 19:
District police busted a gang of auto lifters and arrested three persons, including a woman.
Those arrested are Amritpal Singh, Baljit Kaur and Tarsem Singh. SSP Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh the accused confessed they had formed a gang that used to lift vehicles from the different cities of the state.
Meanwhile, the SSP said police had also arrested Sarabjit Singh, a resident of Guru Nanakpura Ranjhe Di Haveli, and recovered 25 grams of smack from his possession.
