A Gursikh was poking fun at some Singhs who were doing Abhiyass. He was saying to others, look at them and how they nod their heads. Shaheed [1978] Bhai Avtar Singh Jee replied to this Gursikh stating they are getting Ras of Naam. The Gursikhs dismissed this. Bhai Sahib did not respond, but instead took out a piece of 'guRh' (Indian sweet) out of his pocket, and shared it with the Gursikh. Bhai Sahib asked him, "Is the guRh tasty?"

The Gursikh responded by nodding while licking his lips.

Bhai Sahib said, "You see...when you taste something sweet, your head naturally nods." :-)
