Answer is 1800

In return of 1000 duplicate note shopkeeper gave lady 200 worth good + 800 cash =1000 loss to lady

Then 1000 duplicate shopkeeper took it to next shop he gave him change 1000 real money which 800 shopkeeper gave it to lady 200 shopkeeper kept it
When next door came back with duplicate money he gave him 200 which he kept it + 800 from his pocket = 800 loss to next door

Total 1800
