Yummy Carrots
Ingredients
Wash & grate the Carrots.
Ingredients
- 3 Big Grated Carrots
- 3/4 cup grated Coconut
- 3 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Mustard seeds
- a pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
- 2 tsp Urad dal
- 4 chopped Green chillies
- 2 tsp Lemon juice(optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves)
Wash & grate the Carrots.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds & Hing.
- Once the seeds splutter, add Urad dal & Green chillies. Fry till the dals turns light brown.
- Take the grated Carrots in a serving bowl. Add the Tadka, grated Coconut, lemon juice & Salt. Mix well.
- Add chopped Cilantro & serve.
