apna ta strep throat ne bura haal keeta, tuesday nu jadd di gym to aayi bura haal hoya paya, well it was atleast gud that day.....ran for 30 minutes, pilates for 1 hr and that was it.........aah test deke ta its on......u keep it up poucha
