you know Industrialists provide funds to parties and this helps the parties to expand but the farmers are not providing any funds to them so their one time pollution exceeds the everyday,everyminute and everysecond pollution of the industries and factories. Although this is not an excuse for stubble burning,but sitting in your car from which you pollute the same air everyday criticizing farmers for their pollution is not right.
