Ingredients:

1. Mini Buns - 12
2. Oil - 3 Tsp
3. Green Chilies Chopped - 3
4. Ginger Chopped - 2”
5. Onion Chopped - 1
6. Tomato Chopped - 1
7. Capsicum Chopped - 1
8. Spring Onion Chopped - 2 Tsp
9. Canned Baby Corn chopped - 4
10. Paneer Cubes Chopped - 3 Tsp
11. Tomato Ketchup - 3 Tsp
12. Tomato Puree - 2 Tsp
13. Chili Sauce - 2 Tsp
14. Salt - To Taste
15. Black Pepper - To Taste
16. Chopped Coriander Leaves - 4 Tsp

18. Grated Cheese - To Taste

Directions...

# Cut the buns from the top and scoop out the center, creating a hollow. Chop the scooped out portion of the buns and keep aside.
# Heat the oil in a pan. Add chopped green chili and chopped ginger to it. Add the onion and sauté well, then add the tomatoes and fry well.
# Add the capsicum, paneer and baby corn and sauté well. Also add the scooped out portion of the bun to the filling and mix well.
# Add the tomato ketchup, tomato puree, chili sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
# Add the coriander leaves. Spoon this filling in the bun and garnish with coriander leaves and cheese.
# Place the filled buns on a greased, flat pan. Heat the pan for 10 minutes or bake on a greased tray in preheated oven at 200 C for 5 minutes.
# Serve hot with tomato ketchup if desired.
