Various positions/titles at UNP

I can see there are multiple position/title offered to users at UNP like elite, vip, prime vip, etc.

Could someone please help me what’s the criteria to get these titles? Is it posts wise or thread wise or mixup of both?

I couldn’t locate any existing thread with this information!
