Improve your upper-body strength with these simple exercises you can do sitting at your work desk.

Tricep workout
1 Sit on the edge of desk, palms on your sides.
2 Bend elbows slightly while sliding forward off the desk edge.
3 Dip down until elbows are at 90 degrees. Try 20 repetitions

Desk pushup
1 Stand facing desk about 1 yard (1 m) away, palms on desk, shoulder width apart.
2 Inhale as you bend at the elbows and lower your body toward the desk top.
3 Exhale as you push up to the starting position. Try 20 repetitions.
