Jalandhar, November 29
Archana Express running between Jammu and Patna was on Tuesday vacated at Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station following a bomb scare call.
Massive search operation is on, which is being jointly conducted by Jalandhar Police, Government Railway Police and Army.
According to AN Misra, the train arrived at Jalandhar Cantt around 9.30 am following which an announcement was made to vacate the train.
As the search operation was kept under wraps, no one came out despite repeated announcements by the station staff. It was only after police and a bomb disposal squad arrived at the spot that the train was vacated.
The search operation is still underway. Senior police and army officials arrived at the spot.
