For if you slip into a wrong pair, you are likely to injure your joints and knees and end up yelling loud with an ankle sprain, fracture, ligament tear, or stubbed toe.

Correct Surface
Just as you cannot run with a pair of incorrect sportswear, similarly, running on the wrong surface will show you the way to a doctor’s clinic soon. Thus, choose smooth and soft surfaces for running as uneven surfaces will harm your knees and joints in the long run. If you do not wish to run outside, a treadmill is an ideal choice.
