THREE CRUSHED TO DEATH IN ACCIDENT IN PUNJAB
Ludhiana April 1:
Three members of a family, including a seven-year-old boy were crushed to death by a truck in Dugri road in the city this morning, police sources said.
According to reports, the truck driver lost control over the wheels and hit a scooter, leading to the death of all the three riders on the two-wheeler. The three were crushed by the rear wheels of the truck.
The deceased were identified as Amar Singh (56), a resident of Raipur, his daughter Mandeep Kaur (33) and her son Prince. The truck driver absconded after the accident, leaving his vehicle behind. The police have registered a case against the truck driver.
