THOSE WHO WANT TO REDUCE WEIGHT / FAT , CAN FOLLOW THIS ------

1. Cut down your sugar and salt intake.

2. A Big No to--- oily spicy junk food, cola, alcohol, aerated drinks.

3. No Carbohydrate ( roti / paratha/ rice etc ) after 7.30pm--

4. Walk regularly for atleast 30mins. I will prefer yoga+ exercise , do this combo for 45mins to 1 hr for 5 days in a week...

5. Do not sleep just after lunch and dinner, atleast one an hour after dinner can sleep.

6. Consume fresh fruits, salads more.

7. Do not consume mango, banana. Can consume Apple, Watermelon, Guava ,Orange, Grapes , Cucumber, Ripe papaya more.

8.Intake Less oily food-- while cooking use least oil..

9. Do not sit in a place for long time.. If you have a sitting job, stand up and stretch yourself every half an hour.

10. Drink lemon+ ginger Detox water-- this method of detox water is mine and it works wonderfully.



11. Finish your dinner before 9.00 pm.

Banana doesn't have that much fat.
Once a day not bad :p

Consume more protein that promotes Muscle growth as well as lower body fat percentage.
Also don't drink "Diet Coke" or something like Zero Calorie Drink
Those are also not good for health.
