Recipe Stuffed peppers



6 med. green peppers
1 bag Morningstar Farm veggie sausage crumbles
1 chopped onion
2 cans stewed tomatoes(reg. size cans, not drained)
1 tsp. minced garlic
2TBS. Vegetarian Worcestershire
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 bag Success Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice
Salt&pepper to taste
1 TBS. olive oil
Clean peppers. Precook in boiling water for 5min. Drain. In nonstick pan, heat 1 TBS. olive oil, saute onion&garlic about 5 min., add crumbles heat through, add tomatoes, Vegetarian Worcestershire, salt&pepper, and rice. Stir together. Cover & simmer 10 min. Add cheese. Stand peppers upright in a 10x6x1 1/2 baking dish. Stuff peppers. Bake uncovered at 350degrees for 45 minutes
