Ingredients:
200 gms. fresh cottage cheese
75 gms. gur
50 gms. khoya
1 tbsp. raisins
Method

Method
- Keep aside a little gur for stuffing and mash cottage cheese, khoya and gur.
- Put in a heavy-bottomed pan and cook the cheese mixture on a low flame.
- Mix raisins with the gur.
- Put the cheese on the palm of the hand, fill with the raisin mixture and close to form a ball.
- Put into desired mould and press.
- Garnish with raisins.
