Stuffed gur and raisin sandesh

200 gms. fresh cottage cheese
75 gms. gur
50 gms. khoya
1 tbsp. raisins


  1. Keep aside a little gur for stuffing and mash cottage cheese, khoya and gur.
  2. Put in a heavy-bottomed pan and cook the cheese mixture on a low flame.
  3. Mix raisins with the gur.
  4. Put the cheese on the palm of the hand, fill with the raisin mixture and close to form a ball.
  5. Put into desired mould and press.
  6. Garnish with raisins.
