In May 2007, dera chief created tension by allegedly wearing an attire similar to that of Guru Gobind Singh. Violence followed and a case was registered at the Bathinda city police station on May 20, 2007.
Case status: The challan is yet to be filed
On September 3, 2007 in Alampur Mandran village of Mansa district, Lilly Kumar along with 34 dera followers allegedly threw acid on a group of Sikhs. The police booked Lilly and others. A cross-case was also registered.
Case status: The case is pending in the Mansa court
On July 28, 2009, accused Lilly was murdered and the police arrested Daljit Singh Taini, Mithu Singh, and Dr Shinda. Arson and violence followed the next day. Dera follower Amritpal of Jakhal was shot dead in police firing.

On September 9, 2008, a Bhikhi-based dera follower Bhola Singh was shot at.
Case status: A Mansa court awarded 10-year jail to accused Bhura Singh and Harjinder Singh. The case is pending in the Punjab and Haryana HC
On January 2, 2011, the Jaurkian police station in Mansa district booked HSGMC member Baljit Singh Daduwal and over 750 others following a clash between a group of Sikhs and the police, after the latter tried to avert a clash between the Sikhs and dera followers.
Case status: The case is pending in Mansa court
On January 16, 2011, a clash between dera followers and Sikhs in Sadhanwala village of Faridkot left six persons injured. The two sides again clashed leaving many injured.
On November 26, 2013, a clash between Dera Sacha Sauda followers and Sikhs in Dhudi Ke village of Moga district left five dera followers injured. The police booked 80 people.
Case status: The case is pending
On March 6, 2011, Sikhs and dera followers clashed in Dhaleke village of Moga leaving several injured. The clash took place over the holding of a congregation by dera followers. The next day, a mob set a PRTC bus and five cars ablaze on Moga-Ludhiana road. The police booked 18.
