Recipe Spinach Cornbread

Ingredients
1 package 10 oz frozen spinach thawed
1 package 6 oz Mexican cornbread
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 cup chopped onions
4 large eggs
1/2 cup your choice shredded cheese optional

Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels. Place in mixing bowl, add cornbread mix and remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into lightly greasd 8 inch square pan. Bake for 30 minutes
