But i have a problem...i made a Group and now when i try to add pics to it from my album..it says u dont have that permission!!

This is a bug in the script,I have forwarded this to vb developer.
should be fixed in the next version.

You may try deleting and recreating the group,
baki groups vich nahi eh problem.
