Samsung has launched Wave II S8530 smartphone in India. Samsung Wave II S8530 is a successor of Samsung Wave s8530. It runs on the Bada OS 1.2 and powered by a ARM Cortex A8 1GHz processor. It has 3.7 inch capacitive touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. This touchscreen display is based on the Super Clear LCD technology instead of Samsung’s very famous display technology Super AMOLED.
Samsung Wave II S8530 has a 5 MP camera with Auto Focus and LED Flash which records 720p HD videod at 30fps. Its features include video support of DivX/XviD, Geo-tagging, image stablisation, touch focus, Proximity sensor for auto turn-off, the TouchWiz UI 3.0, Handwriting recognition, Smart unlock and many more.
It has1500 mAh Li-Ion battery which gies talktime of up to 8 hours on 2G network and of 6 hours on 3G networks. The 135 gm. phone has internal memory of 2 GB which is further expandable upto 32 GB using microSD card slot. Its connectivity features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G, Edge, GPRS, USB and GPS with A-GPS support. It gives you quick access to social networking sites like Twitter, Youtube, Facebook etc.
