The glorious days of Dabangg are not yet over. The movie continues to spin money at the box office and has added further Rs 24 crore approx to its huge collection over its second weekend.

Here are the figures from the second weekend of the Salman Khan starrer: Rs 6.50 crore approx on Friday; Saturday finished off with Rs 7.75 crore approx; while the Sunday business earned approx Rs 9.50 -10.50 crore. This takes its 10 days’ total to plus Rs 105 crore approx and a distributor share of Rs 62-63 crore approx.

The second Monday for Dabangg was also not bad with Rs 3.25 crore approx collections. The film has reportedly set new first-week circuit records in areas like Delhi/UP, East Punjab, Bihar, CP Berar, Central India, Rajasthan, Assam and Orissa. In areas like Mumbai, West Bengal, Nizam/Andhra, Mysore and Tamil Nadu/Kerala, Dabangg couldn’t beat the 3 Idiots record.

With no major release this week, Dabangg is expected to continue its fearless run at box office. If Dabangg remains steady, then this week it can easily collect Rs 35-36 crores which would be the second biggest second week after 3 Idiots which did Rs 56 crore approx in week two.

The next big release would be Anjaana Anjaani and Endhiran (Robot) on October 1.
