Ingredients:
For Sponge:
Egg 5 nos
Sugar 100 gms
Maida 70 gms
Cocoa powder 40 gms
For Chocolate:
Milk choclate 200 gms
Milk 100 gms
Directions:
Take egg white and beat it till it is fluffy. Add sugar and beat for 5 minutes till sugar melts.
Add maida and cocoa powder . Mix well. Take 8" x 8" mould and apply margarine or butter and pour the mixture.
Bake this at 200 degree centigrade for 20 to 22 minutes.
Boil milk in a bowl, by placing it in water and then stir in the choclate till it melts. Let it cool.
Cut the sponge at the center and apply a layer of chocolate and the remaining for icing on top.
Cut into 8 or 10 pieces.
