Go with Oneplus 8 @42k
Realme X50 Pro 5G is also good option for 40k
I will recommend to go with Oneplus 8 but if you are on very tight budget Realme X50 Pro 5G is great option as it has latest processor and support 5G and awesome Fast charging.
If budget is full tight consider Oneplus 7T (last year flagship)
Other options are Oppo Reno 10X Zoom (last year)
