Mein Aloo Cholliyaa bana riaa.(Vadilal alaa frozen Cholliyaa ofcourse)
Tarrkaa laya te pyaaz v kaafi bhunne but jado boiling Aloo te Cholliye ch mix kitta ta pyaaz vakhre reh gaye. I gave them gud time in the fry pan. Fer v.. anyways esda ki ilaaj ho sakdae.

well piyaz changi tarah brown karne si.......and fry pan di bajaye cooker ch ik seeti marva deeni si masala changi tara mix ho janda .......hope that helps next time...

quick taan hai depends swad laggu ki nahi....

Cold pressed extra lite olive oil ch 3-4 sukkian laal mirchan 30-14 sec lai bhun lao and fer chopped 4-5 tomatoes pa deo,salt pa deo..let them cook jad takk tomatoes gal je ni jande te puree ji ni ban jandi ..........

in mean time paner nu garampani ch saok karke rakh deo......
once the tomatoes are done paneer de pieces pa deo....
15 minutes cooking time......
tomato base karke thoda khatta taste hou but u can make it spicy wth chillies and salt....

Hun kattiya hoyia shimla mircha, abt 3 green, 2 yellow, 2 red and 2 orange...add karke is gravy ch oven ch rakh dao and let it cook at abt 200-250 for abt half an hr (meantime kuj hor kar lao....lol....), je nahi kuj hor karna ta is gravy ch paneer add karan layi, paneer nu cubes ch katt ke fry kar lao, and 10 minutes before u think ur sabzi is done in oven, add that fried paneer to it, bas utte utte hi rehan dao, eh thalle mircha de sek naale aapne cook ho jau.........and here ur colorful shimla mirch is ready to be served..............


I know tuhade layi recipe thodi lambi hai, par its nothing actually, sat-sun nu try kareyo !

ik hor sahi....

2 piyaz finely sliced/chopped (depending upon what u like) brown kar lao(changi tara) and then 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste pake ohna nu vi brown hon dao.....add 2-3 chopped tomatoes and masale.......chnagi tara masala ban len deo.....tomatoes ain changi tara cook hon deo and then paner pa deo cut ke.......add some cream and then u r done....

tip with paneer is ki uhnu pehla garampani ch soakkar deo......is naal jad cuttonge taan oh bhuruga nahi te sabji ch thanda thanda taste ja ni aau.....

Speedy BAI,, le chak daal banaun di recipe.. Easy

Cut Onion, tomatoes, ginger & garlic and put them in pressure cooker . Add Spices, salt, turmeric and chillies. Add daal, put water and put and bas 3-4 Sitian cooker diyan.. and dal is done!!! Approx in one cup of dal, you put 4 cups of water... bas fir aape hisab laga lee

Easy & no need for tadka & all.. !!!

Baaki yaar KAdi ghar bula lee, hor recipes vi das dayunga... :)

Mitro, jado tusi peyaaz bhunde ho, kai baar they turn black ya fir jyada bhune jaande ne... So isda ilaaj yeh hai, ki jaod uh boil hon, thda jeha Milk paa devo, just few drops or max 1 spoon.. Peyaaz kade black nai honge and taste changa aayu...:wa:wa

Aaah layo ik hor paneer de recipe...

Paneer Bhurjee

Onions nu brown kro in fry pan... put tomoatoes (shoudnt be less). Add Garlc, Ginger paste (not much) & green chilli's & put some water & salt (to taste) and cover fry pan and let it to boil.. cook till tomatoes are soft and then mesh them.. it will almost be like paste.. Add garam masala and turmeric and all..

Take paneer and break it. sort of mesh it.. and then take peas.. Microwave it for a minute or soo.. Put Paneer and cook it for smtime like 5-8 mins... when u think paneer is almst ready.. put peas.. cook for another 5-8 mins...

Paneer bhurjee is ready.. you can add creeme, if you want too.. but i like it without it..With Cream, its too heavy for me..

You can use Tomato puree, but i like it with fresh tomatoes.. and paneer should be more and peas should be less...

oil ch zeera bhun ke aalu te aalu pao and uppro di salt , chilli powder, salt and dhania powder and cover it and let it cook till potatoes are half done....capsicum pa deo and again let it cook...wich wich hilaunde raho....

on;y hassle capsicum te aalo kattne...
