CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH CHEESECAKE

CRUST:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

CHEESECAKE:

24 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough, * see note

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 F, 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Drop 2/3 cup of the cookie dough by level teaspoonfuls into cheesecake batter; fold gently. Pour into crust. Dot with level teaspoonfuls of remaining 1/3 cup cookie dough. Bake at 450 F. for 10 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 250 F; continue baking for 30-40 minutes.

Loosen cake from rim of pan. Chill.

STRAWBERRY MARBLED CHEESECAKE

Crust:

1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar

Cheesecake:

24 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
10 ounces frozen strawberries (thawed), in syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

Puree strawberries and cornstarch in blender. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, then cool. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Bake at 350 F. for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour half of the batter over the crust then add half of the strawberry mixture by spoonfuls to the batter. Pour remaining batter into the pan then add the remaining strawberry mixture by spoonfuls. Swirl the mixture with a knife until it resembles a marbled effect. Bake at 300 F. for 50-60 minutes or until set. Allow cheesecake to cool then remove from rim of pan. Chill overnight before serving.

dudh wale pyaz: pyaz fry kar lo.......jyada nai karne.....adhe kache pakke je....dudh pa devo, yani ik cup.....namak te hari mirach starting wich hi paune pyaz fry karan vele.....5 ku minute baad wich ready.....jado dudh thoda sanghna ja ho je.......add some butter.

mehram saab layi paneer bhurji

Ingredients
2 blocks Paneer, crumbled coarsely
2 finely chopped medium onions
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 chopped tomato
4-5 cashewnuts, cut into small bits
1 green bell pepper cut into thin strips
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp ghee(clarified butter) for frying

Method
Heat ghee in a heavy saucepan.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for one minute.
Add the cashewnuts, onions , green chillies and bell
pepper and stir fry till the onions turn color.
Add the tomatoes and keep frying till the tomatoes
turn mushy.
Add all the dry powders and fry for one minute.
Add the crumbled paneer, salt and the lemon juice.
Mix well, heat through and eat hot with naan or chapathi.

Milk

Method:
Pehlan, ik glass chakko, koi v, kach da ya steel da :d, odhe vich thoda jeha sharbat pavo, koi v Roohafza ya Rose Syrup, fer odhe vich thoda jeha paani pao, sharbat nu kolan vaste, fer milk paado, koi vi challega, full cream ya low fat. bas tuhadda Sharbat-e-khass tyaar hai...fer daphlo...:))

Chocolate with Strawberries

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (you can substitute all semi-sweet or all milk chocolate according to your own tastes)
1 tbsp. shortening (do not use butter, margarine, or oil)
2 pints fresh strawberries, rinsed and patted dry

Cover tray with wax paper. Place chocolate chips and shortening in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high for 1 minute. Stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 30 seconds or until chips are melted and mixture becomes smooth when stirred vigorously. DO NOT over heat. Holding the strawberry by the top, dip the bottom two-thirds of each strawberry into melted mixture. Shake gently to remove excess chocolate. Place on prepared tray.

Cover and refrigerate approximately 1 hour, or until coating is firm.
For best results, eat within 24 hours.

well there are so many different kind of cheese too, and they all have different tastes, so try those, and also use like veggie patties, boca burger patties (i dunno if u guys get em in sydney)....dont just use regular cheese slices, there are so many types of cheese, try all those, some are even flavored. Also use sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and so many other things that can make it a variety for you.
Also ur bread, try using different breads every week, that way u wont get sick of just one. And do u like hummus, i wud use hummus in my sandwiches too, tastes too good with tomatoes in sandwiches, use pesto, adds flavor.
