Rava-Ricotta Ladoo
Time Taken : 30-45 mins

Ingredients:
1 cup each Sooji, Sorrento Ricotta Cheese, Sugar
Cardomom powder
Raisins
Pistachios

Method


  1. In a saucepan, add a little butter (optional) and stir ricotta cheese till it becomes dry (5-7 minutes.)
  2. Remove from heat and mix well with Sooji.
  3. Cook this mixture in a covered vessel in pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes / 3 whistles.
  4. Remove when the pressure is released, add powdered sugar, cardomom and roll ladoo.
  5. Decorate while rolling with raisins and pistachios if you like.
