RAVA DOSA

INGREDIENTS
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
Rava(suji) - 1 tablespoon.
Green chillies - 2 nos chopped.
mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
curry leaves - a few.
salt to taste.

METHOD FOR RAVA DOSA

Mix all the flours with salt and green chillies.
Add enough water to make a semi-liquid consistency batter.
Do the seasoning with mustard, cumin and curry leaves & add to the batter.
Heat the tawa or non-stick tawa well and pour a spoonful of batter in the centre, spread with the back of the spoonto a thin round.
Pour a teaspoon of oil over it, fold from two sides & remove with spatula when crispy and brown.

Enjoy hot rava dosa with chutney and sambar. if onions are added to the batter or small pieces of fried onion pieces sprinkled on the pancake they become onion dosa. best when cooked in gingelly oil.​
