idea mada ni ...but should b something feasible. u r right once DR. Manmohan singh said that if all of india's black money turned into white dat day india will b no 1 economy. dats why he started a scheme last time(when he was finance minister) dat any body can turn his black money to white but u just have to pay tax for that. it was some thing like pay volunteer tax. dont know exactly.
