And as usual...the pro congrass news channel NDTV 24x7 continously showeing from 2 days its a historical bill...womens rights done by sonia gandhi..sonia gandhi taken the risk...she creates history etc,,,..evev a a 30 mins interview they have taken with this italian madam by man face barkha dutt..who else !
but lets see little flashback of this bill -
The idea of providing the legal status to the women's rights began with the historic Panchayati Raj Act, 1992 (73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendment). Its quite interesting to note that 'Mannina Maga (son of the soil)', the former prime minister Mr. H.D. Deve Gowda made the actual promise for reservation of seats for women in Parliament and State Assemblies in 1996. Here is the journey of Women's Bill so far
1.Women's Reservation Bill [Constitution (81st Amendment) Bill, 1996] was first introduced in the parliament on 12th September, 1996 by H.D. Deve Gowda's government. The bill did not get pass the hurdles of parliament. Mr. Gowda's government reduced to minority and subsequently 11th lok sabha was dissolved and hence the bill lapsed.
2.In 1998, Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee's government made another attempt by introducing the Women's Bill [Constitution (84th Amendment) Bill, 1998]. Ironically, this time too, the bill was lapsed because 12th loka sabha had to be dissolved prematurely; Vajpayee's government reduced to minority!
3.Yet another attempt was made By Mr Vajpayee's government on December 23, 1999 with the introduction of the Bill in the Lower House. But this bill also could not be pursued due to lack of political consensus.
That time this congASS did not support them(bjp) to pass this bill...but now they(bjp) and left parties helped congass in passing this bill..by voteing in favour of the bill..And that italian madam...saying its the UPA credit...wat a fake credit hungry women
- "Ayes 189, Nos Nil," said Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari and history was made ending a journey that began in 1996.
- The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Trinamool Congress abstained from voting.
- MPs of Samajwadi Party (SP) and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), aided by two others, attacked the chairman of the Rajya Sabha Hamid Ansari minutes after the Bill was introduced. The detractors tore the Bill and threw pen stands, papers and microphone around.
- Seven of the MPs from parties like RJD and SP were earlier suspended by the Speaker...
-The suspended members are Subhash Yadav (RJD), Sabir Ali (LJP), Veerpal Singh Yadav, Nand Kishore Yadav, Amir Alam Khan and Kamal Akhtar (all SP), and Ejaz Ali
The SP and RJD have already announced of withdrawing their support to the UPA government.
- Other players, including Shiv Sena, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and National Conference, also favoured the bill.

Btw when ever some thing good things happen..they give all credit to madam & bring or show her interview in news channel like Dirty NDTV24X7...showeing az women power...my foot.... but where this women(madam) power goes when anything wrong happen in the country..that time she hides some where and blame others ! Remember those continious bomblast in everypart of india and then 26/11 happen that time useless bhudda home minsiter Shivraj Patil was busy in changeing shoes and cloth(many media have shown this) and he was really not bother of the people getting killed...From a-z everyone was saying remove this home minister patil...force from opposition and some from their own(congress) people asked for the removal of him..but this madam was not interested to take action on him..nor she comeing in front of camera..no interview nothing.....She bring our puppet pm in front of media...hideing behind that old man manmohan..bloody rascal power hungry greddy lady..And when her daughter Priyanka gandhi said "if my grandmother "indira gandhi" was alive then she had taken quick and right decision"..Bass here this sonia madam change her mind..just next day she removed shivraj patil from his home minister position....when people of india was saying that time she dont bother but when her own daughter said....so quickly she taken the action...bi**h.
But That Shivraj patil is still here...after 2 years drama now he is back...he has been made governor of punjab ,now this is outrageous and is the hieght of favouritism.How can someone, who failed as a Home Minister hence dismissed qualify to be Governor of such a state....oh hell bad days for punjab....wah reh madam kya politics you play..i think she may be involved in killing of his own husband rajiv gandhi...as they forgiving RAJIV GANDHI KILLER "NALINI" !
This govt is proving it is worth nothing only trying to mask under MMS lie.
(a) China grabbing land or aggression shown- not even a single word from madam or rahul
(b) Sugar and all prices going up - Madam do not speak up. Rahul do not speak
(c) The Chinese hold back Indians diamond merchants she does not speak up.
(d) The Aussies are virtually butchering Indians - where is Madam. Where is rahul
(e) Why there is lack of good infrastructure in Mumbai and people sleeping in streets, struggling even for drinking water Even after 50 years of congressi rule – No answer Rahul or madam
(f) She only gets charged up when she has to speak against BJP and Modi.
(g)They silence on sikh riots in delhi done by congrass
(h) I think we have the worst Foreign Ministers of this country - one cant speak and the other is on twitter, gym and taking care of his hairstyle...Bullshit
