Recipe Punjabi Sweet Atta Pinni


Prime VIP

1 cup Wheat flour
1 cup Ghee
1 cup Milk
½ cup Sugar
2 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tbsp Almonds- finely chopped
1 tbsp Pistachios- finely chopped
10 roasted Cashew nut-chopped
2 tsp Raisins


1.Heat the ghee in a pan, add the wheat and sauté for 2-3 minutes until brown and aromatic.
2.Add the sugar, milk and cook on a low flame 6-7 minutes until the milk is fully absorbed.
3.Add the almond, pistachios, cardamom powder, stir well and cook for couple of minutes.
4.Remove from the heat and spread the ingredients in plate to cool.
5.Make small ball out of it and garnish with raisin and cashew nuts.
6.Allow to cool completely the pinnis and store in an air-tight container.
