Punjabi Music Industry launches official webiste for free downloading

Piracy has rooted itself in the entertainment industry for a while now. People have been fighting against it with no effective result. With the recent ban on torrent, there seems to be a little hope. Keeping in mind the loss of a particular movie or song due to piracy, Punjabi Music Industry has now taken a far step.

The legendary artist Hans Raj Hans and Director Speed Record, Mr. Satvinder Singh Kohli today launched an official website Geet MP3 to download songs officially at Chandigarh. Lot many main stream actors/singers of Pollywood came for the launch and showed their support.

We could watch famous faces such as Jassie Gill, Harrdy Sandhu, Babbal Rai, Ammy Virk, Happy Raikoti, Akhil, Arvindr Khaira among others at the launch!

Idea is to discourage other sites first. people will turn to this site and then put a subscription fee. very smart move. but age of flac you cannot survive on mp3.
