Fake Encounters: Genocidal Cop Wants Other Police Officers to Come Forward
CHANDIGARH, Punjab (July 2, 2013)–Tarn Taran Police Officer Surjeet “Singh” went underground for two days and has now spoken with Day & Night news while requesting the CBI to carry out full investigations. After killing over 83 mostly innocent Sikh youth in false encounters, he has now alleged that his life is in danger as he has details of various fake encounters carried out by Punjab Police.
While speaking with the press, Surjeet said he is facing death threats from the Punjab Police and he feels his only escape will be to commit suicide. He gave details of another police inspector who had committed suicide three years ago under the same circumstances. He also quoted another case of Police Inspector Jagir Singh who had committed suicide last week.
Surjit had earlier claimed that he was forced to carry out false encounters–where police would stage a gun fight after summarily executing victims–against innocent Sikh Youth. He was often given a list with names of Sikhs who were to be picked up and eliminated. Surjit alleged that he is now going to expose the Punjab Police and its former leaders, including KP Gill who has murdered thousands of innocent Sikhs. He said that many other officers in the Punjab Police had committed the same heinous crimes and requested them to reveal themselves and not live a life full of disgrace.
Surjit told the press that he was threatened and told to find “Khalra” and others who too had tried to expose the Punjab Police. Surjit alleged that he had at one time made up his mind to commit suicide as he was being mistreated by the Police. It should be noted that at one time, this same police officer was given a high rank for carrying out mass murders of the Sikhs.

Surjit Singh openly confessing to murdering eighty-three Sikhs in false police encounters during the late eighties/early nineties, he has said that the killings were a direct order from the then senior police officers. Although most educated Sikhs will already be aware of the policy that was undertaken by the Government at the time, the culprits have not yet been brought to justice as nobody has given evidence deemed sufficient to prompt grounds for a thorough investigation and ultimately secure successful convictions. Although Surjit Singh’s chilling confession has enraged many Sikhs we cannot deny that his evidence may be just what we need to take us closer to our ultimate goal; recognition of the ‘Genocide of Sikhs’ by the Indian government.
We have no doubt that if this matter is dealt with properly it will open what is in fact a can of worms for the Indian Government and as such we feel it is vital that Surjit Singh is given every possible protection, he is fearful that he will now also be killed by K.P.S Gill who was in charge of Punjab Police when the killing sprees were at their peak. In light of this, SOPW has contacted Surjit Singh’s representatives and offered whatever assistance is necessary for his safety while he gives evidence that attempts to bring justice to Sikhs.

United Khalsa Dal U.K General Secretary Bhai Loveshinder Singh Daliwal strongly condemned the Hindustani media who will regularly make a song and dance with news flashes on many trivial matters that serve only to please their Congress, BJP and Badal Dal masters yet are conveniently oblivious to the startling admission by Surjit Singh that he was directly responsible for the killing of eighty-three Sikhs as was encouraged by the high ranking Panjab police officers at the time, this proves how the India media, both television and newspaper are nothing less than pure sell-outs.
United Khalsa Dal have demanded the immediate arrest of the relevant police heads and Sikh butchers namely K.P.S Gill, Parmjit Singh Gill, Sarabdeep Singh Virk, Izhar Alam and Sumedh Saini. K.P.S Gill is the killer of thousands of Sikhs and should now be served with the harshest penalty for his gross misconduct and abuse of power. Khalsa Dal has requested all international Sikh organisations to highlight the reality of these killers on the highest possible scale and in paying their respects to the thousands of innocent lives that these killers took they unite in socially boycotting these disgraced officers.
Khalsa Dal will again issue to all foreign visa departments a list of two hundred and fifty police officers who should be automatically denied entry to outside countries because the mere knowledge of their presence serves to deeply hurt the sentiments of Sikhs residing abroad irrespective of the fact that these killers are too scared to ever appear in public.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾੜਕੂ ਵਾਦ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਤ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਮੋਹਰੇ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਜੁਲਮ ਢਾਹੁਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਸਬ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ 83 ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਕਬਾਲ ਏ ਜੁਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਗੋਲਿਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਿੰਦੋਸਤਾਨੀ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਦੀ ਚੁੱਪ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਹੈ ।ਯੁਨਾਈਟਿਡ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦਲ ਯੂ,ਕੇ ਦੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸ੍ਰ, ਲਵਸਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਚਾਕਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਅਲੋਚਨਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲੀਆ ਚਿੰਨ ਲਗਾਏ ਹਨ ।ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਗਰ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਿੱਆ ਠਾਕਰ ਦਾ ਜੇਹਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਢਿੱਡ ਦੁਖਣ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਕਰਨਲ ਪ੍ਰੋਹਿਤ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਫੌਜੀ ਅਫਸਰ ਜੋ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਬੜਾਵਾ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਹਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਿੱਕ ਵੀ ਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਬਰੇਕਿੰਗ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਖਬਾਰਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਪੰਨੇ ਦਾ ਸਿੰਗਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ।ਪਰ 83 ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਤਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਇਕਬਾਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਗੋਲਿਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਮੀਡੀਆ ,ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਗੋ ਲੱਥੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ,ਭਾਜਪਾ,ਬਾਦਲਕਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਗੁੱਗਾ ਗਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਅਖਬਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵਿਕਾਊ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਾਊ ਹਨ ।ਅਗਰ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵਾਲਾ ਇਹ ਇਕਬਾਲ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਤਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਖਬਰ ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਅਖਬਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਨਸ਼ਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੇ ਸਬ ਇੰਸਪੈਟਰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ 83 ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਇਕਬਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਹਜਾਰਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ
।ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦਲ ਯੁ,ਕੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਬੁੱਚੜ ਕੇæਪੀ ਗਿੱਲ ,ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ, ,ਸਰਬਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਰਕ ,ਇਜ਼ਹਾਰ ਆਲਮ ,ਸੁਮੇਧ ਸੈਣੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਪੁਲਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਰੁੰਤ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਉਠਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ।ਗਿੱਲ ਹਜਾਰਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਥਿਤ ਕਾਤਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨੂੰ ਸਖਤ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਸਲਾ ਅੰਤਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਉਠਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ । ਸਿੱਖ ਜਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਨਿਮਰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਪੁਲਸੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਬਾਈਕਾਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੌਮ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਰਜ਼ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਭੇਂਟ ਕਰਨ ।
ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਇਕਬਾਲੇ ਜੁਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਧਾਰ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਤ ਪਨਾਹੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਰੂਪ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦਲ ਵਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੀਜਾਂ ਡਿਪਾਰਟਮੈਂਟਸ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਈ ਸੌ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਿਸਟ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਤੇ ਪਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ,ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਕਾਤਲ ਪੁਲਸੀਆਂ ਚੋਰੀ ਛਿੱਪੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੁਲਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਡੁੰਘਾ ਅਸਰ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕਾਤਲ ਪੁਲਸੀਆ ਜਨਤਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਵਿੱਚਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੀਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ।
