• 1 small Banana
• 1 scoop Protein Mix
• 1/2 cup Milk
• Crushed Ice Cubes

How to make Protein Smoothie:

• In a blender, mix banana, ¼ cup milk and ice cubes. Blend it well until smooth.
• Now add the protein mix and remaining milk and blend it again.
• Pour it into glasses and enjoy the smoothie immediately.
