For protein bars you need

2 cups of toasted oats premixed with seeds and dry fruit.
4 scoops of peanut butter
4 rice crackers ( crushed)
1/2 cup breakfast grain ( you can use muesli , rice bran,cornflakes )
4 (80gm) scoops of whey protein powder

Mix all the ingredients in empty pan. Try to blend the peanut butter with the mixture. Once the mixture seems to be consistant please add some water to mix it all up.
Once the mixture gets thick and well mixed,layer it on a tray.sprinkle some oats powder on the surface.

Put it in the freezer for few hours.
Cut into small pieces and use oats powder coating to make it non stick
