that pic is over 1mb, you cant have an avatar more than 20k.
resize it to 160px * 2 and less than 20k

1 more thing i just came to know

upload pic from your machine instead of putting any image sharing link

i tried to upload resized pic of this car by image sharing link & error occured file too lage smthing like this

but when i upload this avatar image from my machine it's uploaded

hope this makes some sense

i did this test abt 2-3 times by changing the avatars

& uploaded succesfully from the machine whether i was 1MB size or 30kb

but unable to uploaded from image sharing links

So upload this avatar from your machine & i also resized the image but because of 10kb larger than max avatar size limit u can't upload that avatar from image sharing link but maybe from ur machine
